ICSE 2012

For ICSSP 2012, we invite full papers (maximum length 10 pages) and short papers (maximum length 5 pages, including all text, figures, references, and appendices). Topics suitable for short papers include experience reports and work in progress.

The following information is provided to help you in doing your paper submission:

1.Paper preparation

All papers must conform at time of submission to the ICSE 2012 Format and Submission Guidelines, and must not exceed the related page limits, including all text, references, appendices and figures.

Submissions that violate their page limit or that do not comply with the foregoing instructions will be desk rejected without review.

All submissions must be in English. Submissions must be in PDF format.

Papers will be submitted electronically via the EasyChair paper submission system by January 23, 2012. An abstract per paper needs to be submitted by January 16, 2012.

2.Paper acceptance

Papers will be evaluated by the Program Committee.

Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by e-mail by February 27, 2012.

3.Final submission

Upon notification of acceptance, all authors of accepted papers will be asked to complete an IEEE Copyright form and will receive further instructions for preparing their camera ready versions. The camera ready papers will be submitted through the EasyChair system. At least one of the authors must register as a regular (non-student) participant for the ICSSP prior to submitting the camera-ready version of the paper, and must present the paper in person. Registration is done through the ICSE registration system. Note: when you open this page, it takes a few seconds until the registration plugin shows up. Be patient!

All camera-ready versions of the papers must be submitted no later than March 12, 2012.
