For ICSSP 2012, we invite full papers (maximum length 10 pages) and short papers (maximum length 5 pages,including all text, figures, references, and appendices). Topics suitable for short papers include experience reports and work in progress. |

The following information is provided to help you in doing your paper submission: |
| 1.Paper preparation |

|
All papers must conform at time of submission to the ICSE 2012 Format
and Submission Guidelines, and
must not exceed the related page limits, including all text,
references, appendices and figures. |

|
Submissions that violate their page limit or that do not comply with
the foregoing instructions will be desk rejected without review. |

|
All submissions must be in English. Submissions must be in
PDF format. |

|
Papers will be submitted electronically via the EasyChair paper submission system by January 23, 2012. An abstract per paper needs to be submitted by January 16, 2012. |

2.Paper acceptance |

|
Papers will be evaluated by the Program Committee. |

|
Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by e-mail by February 27, 2012. |
|
|
3.Final submission |

|
Upon notification of acceptance, all authors of accepted papers will
be asked to complete an IEEE Copyright form and will receive further
instructions for preparing their camera ready versions. The camera
ready papers will be submitted through the EasyChair system. At least one of the
authors must register as a regular (non-student) participant for the
ICSSP prior to submitting the camera-ready version of the paper, and
must present the paper in person. Registration is done through the
ICSE registration system. Note: when you open this page, it takes a
few seconds until the registration plugin shows up. Be patient!
All camera-ready versions of the papers must be submitted no later
than March 12, 2012. |
